​Ferrel “FC” Bonner is the President and CEO of PABULUM. He is a Gulf War Veteran and retired military professional whose career began in the U.S. Army where he specialized in Intelligence, Information Technology Security, Special Operations Support, Tactical Communications, PATRIOT Missile Defense, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radiation (CBNR-E), and Personnel Management.

 

Ferrel has corporate and federal expertise in Information Technology Security, Cyber Security, Information Security (INFOSEC), Security Systems Maintenance and Repair, Security Assessments, Security Training, Intelligence Analysis, Texas Division of Emergency Management (TXDEM), Disaster Response & Emergency Management (DR/EM), Program  Management and Administrative Support.

He has 30 years of combined practical experience with the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM), United States Department of Justice (USDOJ), and executing contract quality control programs.

Certifications held include: AWS Cloud Essentials, CMMC-AB Level 3 Provisional Assessor, Cyber Security Practitioners Certification, Security+, and various FEMA Certifications.

 

A native of Houston, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and then a Masters of Public Administration (Public Policy).
